• We build our cabins entirely inside our own workshop. By the time a unit reaches your site, there's very little left to do.

•  Setup takes hours, not months. Place it on support blocks, connect the power, and it's usable the same day. If the project moves to a different location later, the cabin can move too - reinforced corner blocks take crane hooks, so it can be lifted onto a trailer without the frame twisting out of shape during transport.

• Galvanaisation: The frame itself is Galvanized Iron rather than plain mild steel — mild steel corrodes quickly once it's exposed to salt air or industrial fumes, and we'd rather not have that conversation with a client six months in. Every frame gets zinc anti-rust primer first, then a coat of industrial PU paint over that.
• Insulation: For insulation, we use 50mm to 75mm PUF or EPS panels in the walls and roof. It's thick enough to block solar heat, which in practical terms means your AC isn't running flat out just to keep the temperature bearable.
• Rainproofing: Roofing is where a lot of cheaper cabins fail during monsoon. Ours interlock with EPDM rubber gaskets at the joints, so water runs off the surface instead of finding a way in through the seams.
• Electrical Setup: Electrical work is done before the cabin ever leaves our facility — concealed copper wiring that's fire-retardant, MCB distribution boards, LED lighting, vinyl flooring, and aluminum windows fitted with insect mesh. None of this needs to be arranged separately once the unit is on site.

How Our Cabins Get Built, Start to Finish

Every unit goes through the same five stages before it's cleared for delivery.

First comes the CAD layout — we go over the site dimensions, door positions, partitions, and weight distribution before anything gets fabricated. Once that's approved, the welding team builds the base chassis out of thick steel C-channels, with crane lugs and forklift pockets welded into the corners so the unit can be handled easily later.

Weld points are usually the first place rust shows up, so before anything else happens, every seam gets ground smooth, cleared of slag, and sprayed with zinc anti-rust primer. Only after that do the insulated wall and roof panels go in, fitted into tongue-and-groove joints that seal tight against both heat and water.

The last step is the one that actually matters most - before a cabin is cleared for dispatch, we hose down the roof, window frames, and every wall joint under high pressure. If there's a leak anywhere, it shows up here, not on your site three weeks later.
